Product Overview

YP1037 is an APEO-free acrylic copolymer emulsion, designed specially for paper heat sealing coating. It features excellent water and grease resistance with ultra-low odor, ideal for food packaging paper.

Key Technical Specifications

• Appearance: Milky white liquid

• Solid content: 43±1%

• pH value (25℃): 7.5–9.5

• Viscosity (Brookfield, 25℃): ＜500 mPa·s

Application

Heat sealing coating for all kinds of packaging paper and food wrapping paper.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Storage temperature: 5℃ ~ 30℃, freezing & temperature over 30℃ are forbidden

• Shelf life: 6 months under sealed original package

• Note: Contamination of bacteria, fungi or algae will cause irreversible deterioration.

Package & Service

• Packing: 120kg blue plastic drum; 1000L IBC tank for bulk orders
